Service Purpose

The service is intended exclusively for licensed amateur radio operators. Accounts in the service may be held by both individuals and amateur radio clubs.

The service is publicly available and free of charge. However, the creator reserves the right to place advertisements or sponsored content.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The creator provides no warranties regarding its operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or correct functioning.
The user accepts the software in the form in which it was provided.
The service creator and its administration bear no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the service, whether direct or indirect.
The user assumes all risks associated with using the service.

The creator and owner of the service is SP8TZ. The service operates in the Republic of Poland.

Users are required to observe the rules of personal culture when using the service's features.
Offensive, spam, or illegal content will be removed by the administration.
The service administration reserves the right to moderate published content if deemed appropriate. This particularly applies to content violating the law, good customs, or negatively affecting the technical operation of the service.
The service does not arbitrate "who is entitled to" a given award activity if, for example, two separate organizers want to run it under the same title.
The service bears no responsibility for violations of third-party rights by users running their award activities in the service. If such rights are violated, please report it, and we will make efforts to stop the violation.

Award activities are automatically archived 7 days after completion. After archiving, no changes can be made, and QSOs cannot be uploaded. If you need to make changes, contact the administration and we will "unlock" the activity.
Although the award activity owner has the full right (upon request) to delete a conducted and completed activity in the service, the service reserves the right to retain necessary statistics for calculating rankings, etc.
Award activity logs will be stored for a minimum of 365 days from the date of SES completion.
Older logs may be deleted to conserve database space. Users are required to maintain backup copies of logs for their own use.
SES award activities that never started, or were never managed after creation, etc., will be deleted from the service after some time for maintenance purposes.

As a general rule, the maximum SES duration may be 365 days — if you would like to create a longer SES activity, please contact us with your request.
A user may run an unlimited number of SES activities in the service, but may have a maximum of 5 unpublished (unapproved) activities simultaneously.
The maximum number of stations distributing points in an SES activity is 100.
The maximum number of awards per activity is 30.
The maximum number of QSOs per activity is 1,000,000.

Users uploading files to the service certify that they have the rights to possess and publish them.
In case of receiving credible information about copyright infringement of third parties, the administration reserves the right to remove such materials.

The administration has the right to impose temporary or permanent blocks (bans) on users who violate the terms of service or act to the detriment of the service.

The administration bears no responsibility for password loss by the user or for sharing the account with third parties.

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy available in the service.
The administration makes every effort to protect user data from unauthorized access.

The administration reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of all changes through a notice in the service.

The administration does not guarantee continuous service availability or its full functionality at all times.
Technical interruptions related to maintenance or system updates may occur.
